How NASA is Building Strength to Get To Astronauts to Mars: Part 2 – Full Depth 002

Stepping out from a tiny capsule and into infinite space is heroic.
But like with any hero, Astronauts train for the big moment every day, honing both their physical abilities as well as their mental fortitude. As our bucket-list tour of NASA concludes, there’s still plenty more to get excited about.
With sprint intervals, space suit design, and even under-water training all on the agenda, this show is sure to change the way you look at training, and your universe, forever.
Enjoy,
Chris
P.S. Full Depth will return in a few weeks where we take you on a trip back our roots in Memphis, Tennessee to share the beginning of our Barbell Shrugged journey. So keep an eye out.

Wow… Both parts were really inspiring. I mean… you can squat every day in space? Something a normal person would never consider.
Also a fine example that scientists are NOT boring people. The conversations were great.
Simply Fantastic! thank you
